About Us
We are proud members of the General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC), one of the world's oldest and largest nonpartisan, nonsectarian volunteer service organizations. Through volunteerism, leadership, advocacy, and community partnerships, we work to strengthen our communities and improve the lives of others.
Founded on the belief that everyone deserves someone in their corner, GFWC Community Partners embraces the rich traditions of GFWC while creating flexible, meaningful opportunities for service that meet the needs of today's volunteers. As a hybrid club within GFWC Florida and District 14, we welcome members from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, offering both virtual and in-person opportunities to serve.
Our members are united by a shared commitment to making a difference. Whether packing food at a pantry, mentoring youth, supporting veterans, participating in environmental projects, advocating for important causes, or partnering with local nonprofit organizations, we believe that every act of service has the power to strengthen communities.
Established in 1890, the General Federation of Women's Clubs is an international organization dedicated to community improvement through volunteer service. With more than 60,000 members across the United States and around the world, GFWC clubs work to improve the quality of life in their communities through hands-on service, education, leadership, and advocacy.
GFWC Community Partners is a proud member of GFWC Florida and District 14, joining thousands of local clubs that serve their communities while sharing the common purpose of creating positive change through volunteerism.
Community Partners believes that service should be accessible, inclusive, and meaningful for everyone.
In addition to adult membership, we proudly offer opportunities for young people and families to serve together through our Youth Partners and Little Partners programs. These initiatives introduce children and teens to the value of volunteerism, leadership, compassion, and civic engagement while encouraging families to serve side by side.
Whether you're an experienced volunteer, serving for the first time, or looking for opportunities to involve your family, there is a place for you at Community Partners.
